All our products leaving our home are inspected for quality. We never send out anything we would not have our own pets in and because of this standard you can be assured that you will never get anything but the best from us.
Please remember, due to high demand for custom made items, we do have a wait time for completed items. We never allow more then 2-3 weeks wait (unless it is a very larger order). On rare occasions when we have gotten orders that will take more then 3 weeks to complete, we temporarily close down custom orders. Sometimes life comes up, a death, a sick family, these all happen to us and when they do, if they effect your order you will be notified of any delay.
All orders come in a first come first serve basis. We offer, on occasion, premade items for sale. Follow the link at the top called "Premades". *Note: we are no longer using Etsy. Sorry*
